About your humble coffee Trainer: Lev Volodarsky
Lev has worked in the coffee industry for seven years and has held various positions, never stopping to learn and share his knowledge.
Lev firmly believes that coffee can be consumed thoughtfully and responsibly without making the process snobbish. In his words “drinking coffee is meant to be fun, won’t you agree”?
Lev is one of the 2 certified trainers of the Specialty Coffee Association in Slovenia. At the end of our journey through coffee culture, history, chemistry, botany, numerous tastings and a barista routine, you will receive an official SCA certificate. This certificate is recognized worldwide as proof of an individual’s professional level.
In 2023, he also won the national championship in the tasting of the Slovenian Cup, which means that Lev can not only sip loudly and efficiently, but also achieve results.
“I would be happy to share my coffee perception knowledge with you as well as more practical barista skills” he says.
We will be announcing the first dates for our awesome coffee-tasting event very soon!
We offer our events in English, soon also in beautiful Slovenian. While we are a team of expats, we are learning Slovenian language to provide our services in it.
