STOW Coffee Roasters: Roasting, Making, and Teaching

Founded in 2015, STOW became much more than another roaster on our list of local coffee roasters in Slovenia. Apart from roasting and selling coffee, they also have a coffee shop and offer numerous courses. For instance, you can attend an espresso masterclass, discover how to create latte art, and so on. If you are going to work as a barista, STOW will be happy to help you — there are a lot of professional courses, too. Individual training is available as well. At the moment, let’s review STOW as a roastery. They purchase only hand-picked coffees directly from farmers and small cooperatives. The selection is pretty wide — in their online store, you can find coffee from Colombia, Ethiopia, Costa Rica, and not only. Some specialty blends are here as well, along with coffee machines, filters, kettles, and other stuff for making coffee. You can even purchase a barista cloth set.
