This policy explains what personal data we process when you visit specialtykava.si, contact us or book one of our coffee experiences, and what rights you have. We keep it short because we collect very little.

When you visit the website
No cookies, no tracking. The website itself sets no cookies and shows no ads. We do not use Google Analytics or social media pixels.
Visitor statistics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and measure page speed. It works without cookies, does not create a profile of you and does not identify individual visitors. We only see totals, such as how many people opened a page and from which country.
Hosting and security. The website is delivered by Cloudflare, Inc. To show you a page and protect the site from attacks, Cloudflare necessarily processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type. This data is not used to identify you. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure, working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
When you book an experience or buy a gift certificate
Bookings and payments are handled by Ticket Tailor (Zimma Ltd, United Kingdom), and card payments by Stripe. When you book, you give them your name, email address and, where asked, phone number and the details of the person receiving a gift certificate. Your card details go directly to Stripe; we never see them.
We receive your booking details so we can run the event, contact you about it (for example, to agree on a date for a gift certificate) and issue invoices.
The booking form is loaded from Ticket Tailor only when you scroll to it. Ticket Tailor and its spam protection (hCaptcha) may then set cookies that are needed to complete the booking. Their own privacy policies apply to that form.
Legal basis: performing the booking you asked for (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legal obligations for accounting (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR). We keep booking and invoice data for as long as Slovenian tax and accounting law requires, and other booking data for as long as needed to provide the service.
When you contact us
If you email, call or message us on Instagram or Facebook, we use your contact details and message only to reply and, if you book something, to organise it. We keep the conversation for as long as it is useful for that purpose.
Legal basis: steps you request before a booking, and our legitimate interest in answering you (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
Who else sees your data
Only the providers named above (Cloudflare, Ticket Tailor, Stripe), our email provider and, for invoices, our accountant. We do not sell your data or share it for marketing.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict its use, or to object to it being used, and you can ask to receive it in a portable format. Just email us.
If you think we handle your data unlawfully, you can complain to the Slovenian data protection authority, the Information Commissioner (Informacijski pooblaščenec), Dunajska cesta 22, 1000 Ljubljana, www.ip-rs.si.
Changes
If we change how we handle data, we will update this page. Last updated: 17 October 2026.
