The Moderna coffee shop has a pretty straightforward name — it is located in the Museum of Modern Art in Ljubljana, so you can get some rest here after exploring the gallery or if you are just passing by. The place focuses on specialty coffee and aperitivo cocktails. Besides, they also sell coffee beans, and you can check the availability on their website or right in the coffee shop.

The selection of drinks is huge. There are a lot of coffee options to choose from, including espresso, cortado, americano, macchiato, filter coffee, and others. Some specialties like Vietnamese iced coffee are available as well, along with numerous alcoholic and soft drinks like tea, cocoa, homemade lemonade, and others. Besides, feel free to go for cocktails (the coffee ones are on the menu too). In case you are in a hurry, you can order coffee to go. And if you are hungry, there are toasts, croissants, cheesecakes, and other tasty things waiting for you.

Moderna joined the Slovenian coffee and cocktail culture in 2015, so by now they are more than experienced and are ready to offer you some fine drinks. Note that the schedule is rather unusual. Moderna is closed on Mondays, but on Fridays, you can hang out there till midnight.
