The history of Mariposa started in 2018, and during that time it was not a roastery but a coffee shop. Aiming for perfection, Mariposa professionals regularly attended barista training courses. However, after some time, it became obvious that knowledge was not enough. Making a really good coffee requires properly roasted beans of high quality. Therefore, after joining the Specialty Coffee Association and exploring the world of coffee even deeper, the founder of Mariposa transformed it into a roastery.

Mariposa offers its specialty coffee not only to individuals but also to restaurants and offices. Moreover, they have courses and workshops, so you can learn how to roast coffee, how to decorate latte with beautiful art, and so on. You can sign up for any training on their website. When needed, you can invite Mariposa to your event as they have a portable espresso bar.
