Lev Volodarsky is a professional in the coffee industry, known for his expertise in coffee consulting and training. He is recognized as a trainer for the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) and board member for Specialty Coffee Association of Slovenia (ZSKS).

Lev has participated in events such as the Cup Tasting 2023 and judging Slovene National Barista Competition 2023.

His work involves educating others about coffee brewing techniques and flavor profiles, emphasizing the importance of using high-quality, specialty-grade coffee beans and proper brewing methods to achieve the best flavor in coffee.

Lev is regularly consulting baristas, running coffee entrepreneurs on matters of quality control, recipes and green coffee sourcing, as well as where to find best deals on cafe equipment.

What are the prices?

Our hourly rate for consultancy work is 50€.

But it is better if you let us know what we can do for you and we will send your way a quota and a time frame estimate.
