Our Offer

• Specialty Coffee Tasting 

This event is perfect for those interested in diving into the Slovene local specialty coffee scene and discovering new and unique flavors and aromas. 

During 2 hours the tasting group is carefully guided through a hedonistic cup-tasting process by an Authorized SCA Trainer and Slovene Cup-Tasting champion.

Experience the diversity of flavor profiles of freshly roasted specialty coffee alone or with friends!

• Introduction to Specialty Coffee 

For those who are eager to both learn and try more specialty coffee, we offer the introductory course. During this experience, attendees learn about how coffee is grown, processed, and shipped across the world. 

Try several freshly roasted specialty coffee lots both in a cup-tasting format and in espresso. 

Experience is led by an Authorized SCA Trainer and Slovene Cup-Tasting champion who will share with you know-how of the basics of how coffee is extracted, and tasted and will happily answer all your coffee-related questions.

• Barista Training

Delve into the craft of Barista by attending a barista training.

7 hours of studying basic theory of coffee flavor profiling, beverage preparation and evaluation will either make you a beginner barista or will enhance your existing skills and will help in categorizing the knowledge already present. 

The course includes latte art, sensory, and service training. By the end of the course, attendees will be able to pass official SCA exams for a Barista Skills Foundation certificate.

• Sensory Trainings 

Learn how to arrange coffee tastings and evaluation procedures and use the World Coffee Research Lexicon during this 7-hour sensory course.

Lots of coffee tastings, aroma, and basic taste calibration will change how you perceive coffee. This course is perfect for coffee aficionados and those already professionally involved with coffee. 

By the end of the course, attendees will be able to pass official SCA exams for a Sensory Skills Foundation certificate. 

• Home Barista Course

Perfect for coffee lovers who practice coffee brewing at home. By learning coffee-making techniques from a professional barista, you will get practical recommendations on how to choose coffee for your preferred method of extraction, utilize several recipes, and repair faulty ones. 

Whether you prefer to make Cezva, V60, or anything else, this training will forever change the way you brew coffee at home.
