Escobar: Roasting Coffee Responsibly

Escobar got a place on our list of specialty coffee roasters due to several reasons. First of all, they do not keep the roasted coffee. Instead, they roast and pack it for each individual order, meaning that their coffee is always fresh. Secondly, the selection of coffee available in their online shop is really wide. Apart from coffees from different parts of the world, they offer diverse mixtures and flavored coffees. For instance, why not try coffee with marshmallow or tiramisu aroma?

Product pages provide enough information about coffee, and apart from packaging, you can select the type of grinding: for espresso, cold brew, and so on. Besides, you can order just coffee beans and grind them yourself. Adding a coffee recipe to your package is possible, too. At the same time, you can find recipes on the Escobar website and YouTube channel.

To try their coffee before making a purchase, you can visit one of the coffee shops where it is served. The list can be found here. As for buying the roasted coffee, this can be done not only online. There are a lot of places where you can do this, in different cities of Slovenia. Check out the full list on this page. Keep in mind that if you are not satisfied with the purchased coffee, you can request a refund. All orders over €60 (via Slovenian post) are delivered for free.
