Kavarna Specialka: a Coffee Shop and a Coworking Space

Powered by the Goat Story in-house roastery, Kavarna Specialka is more than just another place to drink coffee in Ljubljana. First of all, they offer a wide selection of drinks (and we will talk more about this a bit later). Secondly, that is not only a coffee shop but also a coworking space. Thirdly, you can purchase freshly roasted coffee on the Goat Story website, along with some accessories. Thus, if you like coffee at Kavarna Specialka, you can always get some to drink at home.

But let’s get back to the selection of drinks available at the coffee shop. The menu is ready to meet anyone’s tastes, as it includes espresso, decaf espresso, cappuccino, flat white, and other coffee options. If needed, you can add some syrup or go for plant-based milk instead of traditional one. Some unusual drinks, like rose latte (a coconut drink with hibiscus, beetroot, and rose infusion) are available as well. The selection also includes teas, smoothies, and some alcoholic drinks. Several food options are offered, too.

By the way, if it gets challenging for you to choose a drink, Kavarna Specialka can provide you with a special questionnaire menu. Just give a couple of answers, and you will get a suggestion. Actually, this “gamified experience” is one more feature that makes Kavarna Specialka an unusual coffee shop.
